Frank has extensive experience in strategic management positions in the food sector. Having started in marketing at large blue-chip multinationals, Frank advanced to general management at a young age (34). Frank has worked as CEO in companies in the fresh, shelf-stable, and frozen sectors, both branded and private label, in the Benelux and Germany. He has prepared and sold companies on several occasions, subsequently integrating them with the buyer. His style is people-oriented and hands-on. Frank always says: a good plan is nice, but execution is what matters.
